Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or via approved booking platforms.
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this Cancellation & Booking Policy.
Deposits
Where applicable, booking deposits may be retained in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Glow Skincare by Roxie, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. I understand that plans can change, but late cancellations and missed appointments leave limited opportunity to offer the appointment to somebody else.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellation charges
Within 72 hours: Your booking deposit will be retained.
Within 48 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment price may be charged.
Within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked treatment price may be charged.
No-show/failure to attend: A fee of up to 100% of the booked treatment price may be charged.
Cancellation and no-show fees are intended to reflect the loss caused by appointment time being reserved and unavailable to other clients. The amount charged may be adjusted where appropriate to take account of the circumstances and any costs avoided as a result of the treatment not taking place.
Illness & exceptional circumstances
I understand that illness and genuine emergencies can happen unexpectedly. If this occurs, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible.
Any reduction or waiver of a cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Glow Skincare by Roxie.
Card details & payment
Where a payment card has been securely saved through our booking provider, applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to that card in accordance with the authorisation provided when the card was saved.
Glow Skincare by Roxie does not directly store or have access to your full card details.
Future appointments
This policy applies to all appointments with Glow Skincare by Roxie, regardless of how they are booked. This includes appointments booked online, in person, by telephone, by message or when rebooking following a previous appointment.
By booking or confirming an appointment with Glow Skincare by Roxie, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
The full appointment fee may still apply.
Right to Refuse Service
Glow Skincare by Roxie reserves the right to refuse treatment where:
A treatment is considered unsuitable
Health and safety concerns arise
Inappropriate behaviour occurs
Required consultation information is withheld
Refund Policy
Treatment services are non-refundable once provided.
If you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
