Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are available to purchase from Glow Skincare by Roxie and can be redeemed against eligible treatments and skincare products.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.
Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date. Appointments must take place within the validity period unless otherwise agreed.
Booking: All treatments are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations: Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend may result in the value of the booked treatment being deducted from the voucher.
Remaining balance: If the treatment or product purchased costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used towards another eligible purchase before the original expiry date. No cash change will be given.
Additional payment: If the cost of a treatment exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the client.
Lost vouchers: Please contact us if a voucher is lost. Where proof of purchase and the remaining balance can be verified, we will endeavour to assist.
Refunds: Gift vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash. Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer law.
Extensions: Extensions are not guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, subject to statutory rights.
Treatment suitability: All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. If a treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss alternative options where possible.
By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, clients agree to these terms and conditions, subject to their statutory consumer rights.
