4. Booking and payment information
Glow Skincare by Roxie uses Timely to manage appointments, client records and payments.
Where a payment card is saved through the booking system, payment information is processed securely through Timely and its payment provider. Glow Skincare by Roxie does not directly store or have access to your complete card details.
Where authorised, a saved card may be used for future payments, including applicable cancellation or no-show charges in accordance with the Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
5. Sharing your information
Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
Information may be shared where necessary with trusted service providers that help operate the business, such as:
Booking and appointment-management providers
Payment processors
Website, email and communications providers
Accountants, insurers and professional advisers
IT and data-storage providers
Government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where legally required
Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be shared.
6. Photographs
Photographs may be taken where appropriate for treatment records, consultation purposes or monitoring treatment progress.
Photographs will not be used for social media, advertising or other promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Where you have consented to marketing use of photographs, you may withdraw your consent for future use by contacting Glow Skincare by Roxie.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing will not prevent you from receiving essential communications relating to your appointments, treatments or payments.

Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
