Multipack Treatment Policy

At Glow Skincare by Roxie, we offer discounted treatment packages for clients booking a course of treatments.

To ensure fairness and appointment availability, the following terms apply:

• Validity: All treatment multipacks are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. All four treatments must be completed within this period.

• Booking: Clients are responsible for booking their appointments within the 9-month validity period. We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.

• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in one treatment credit being deducted from the package.

• Expiry: Any unused treatments remaining after the 9-month validity period will expire and cannot be carried forward, except where required by law or agreed due to exceptional circumstances.

• Refunds: Multipacks are sold at a discounted rate. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Where a partial refund is agreed, treatments already received may be recalculated at their standard individual price.

• Transfers: Treatment packages are purchased for individual use and cannot be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

• Medical circumstances: If a client becomes medically unsuitable for treatment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

By purchasing a treatment multipack, clients agree to these terms and conditions, subject to their statutory consumer rights.
